Investment Operations (IO) is responsible for actively managing risk and exposure related to trade confirmation and settlement, collateral management, and corporate actions across all products and Counterparties globally.

- Investment Operations requires interaction with brokers, clients, custodian banks, trustee banks, and consultants. Investment Operations plays a prominent role in the lifecycle of a trade leveraging the proprietary platform to ensure operational consistency across investment products and client relationships globally.

Responsibility:

- Trade processing, settlements, calculation & reconciliations of income entitlements and other corporate actions, margin & collateral management using the common platform Aladdin to manage risk.

- Partner with Investment Operations teams globally to present a consistent client experience catalyzing a common culture.

- Provide client service by providing scalability and leverage in the investment lifecycle process.

- Manage own workload; provide timely and accurate distribution of standard and custom reports.

- Accurately record all metrics related to work to enable management to have a good view of team productivity and efficiency

- Understand flow of client and fund information and data between various groups and systems.

- Work with high levels of accuracy and follow compliance rules

- Participate in various efficiency and capacity-building initiatives, including automation/ standardization efforts.

- Participate in cross training efforts on all IO functions.

- Train new IO team members in all basic functions of position requirements. Ensure complete knowledge transfer of all operational and compliance procedures.

- Work on efficiency initiatives by evaluating systems, processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

Skills/ Qualification:

- Strong PC skills across Word, Excel, Outlook

Knowledge/ Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience with people management experience.

- BS/BA in business, finance or related field

- Previous experience of working in a global organization preferable

- Understanding of financial markets and related instruments

- A strong emphasis on time management in addition to being well organized and detail - oriented

- Team player with attention to details, problem solving abilities, and analytical skills

- Ability to multi task

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new applications

- The ability to perform effectively in an environment of rapid and continual change
