Manager/Deputy Manager - General Ledger - CA - ITES/BPO

CA with Post Qualification experience of 3 - 7 yrs with experience in GL process.

Role 1. Core member of Corporate Shared Services finance function, heading the General ledger team handling International entities - as well Fixed Assets and Bank reconciliation team

2. Keep updated with latest developments in Local GAAPS/IFRS standards and make accounting impact evaluation and requisite disclosure for the Company.

Key Accountabilities

1. Controllership proficiency:

a. Financial close and reporting process

b. Financial review, analytics and management reporting

c. Design Standard Operating procedures

d. Standardization of processes and build strong internal financial controls

e. Conceptualizing and implementing financial procedure

f. Process to improve productivity

2. Compliance:

a. Statutory audit and subsidiary level Company house filings

b. Internal audits and SOX compliance

c. Meeting Company Law requirements

Capabilities Essentials Desirables

Work Experience - 5 to 7 years (ITES or BPO, Service or Manufacturing industry experience preferred) Exposure to I GAAP / IFRS

Knowledge/Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Ability to guide problem solving and exercise adequate quality control

- Team management

- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle /SAP)

- Very good oral / written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management
