Looking for Manager- Demand Planning for a leading UK based Publishing House, based out of their Corporate Head Office  Location : Delhi NCR- Noida  Candidates with full time MBA from Premier B- Schools.  - Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.  - Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.  - Coordinate with Sales to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.  - Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer for accurate information.  - Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.  - Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory norms strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.  - Closely coordinate and communicate customer requirement with supply planning  Candidate must have SAP & ERP knowledge . Candidates with knowledge of SAP- APO & SAP- BI will have an added advantage
