Urgently looking for Manager - Customer Care - Consumer Electricals/Electronics (9 to 15 yrs) for Mumbai Location.
Job Description:
- Lead, manage, guide and develop the Customer Service, Technical Support and Contract Management teams across India.
- Build and develop customer excellence teams
- Continuously monitor Customer call
- Continue monitors order and sales volumes by region to determine efficient resource allocation and adjusts accordingly so that Best Customer Experience commitments are met.
- Analyzes and understands customer service trends based on complaints and other reports.
- Ensure all entities and employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct.
- Reviews customer care reports and statistics with team members
- Manages changes and adjustments for customer's accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Strong analytical & project management skills with eye for details
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience. (preferably having exposure to Consumer Durable / Electrical/ Electronics)
- Must be aggressive, at achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.
Education: B.E. Electricals / MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business Management
Knowledge :
- Must have sound knowledge of the company products, processes, policies.
- Good Technical knowledge about Products.
- Good Computer skills (MS Office) and Presentation skills
- Customer Satisfaction
- Managing Customer Complaints
- Provide monthly management reports
- Continuous improvement ( Kaizen)
- Identifying training needs for service Team.
