Role Overview: Responsible for providing data to the management, product costing, rationalization, tender pricing, capacity utilization, trade-off decisions, cost efficacy, comply to statutory requirements, leverage technology to get Business Intelligence.  Illustrative Responsibilities:	  - Preparing of MIS report.  - Responsible to managing the end to end costing of the Product.  - Calculate product cost- commercial and manufacturing.  - Support preparation of new products.  - Cost centre review & reconciliation.  - Analyze budgeting Vs actual cost.  - Releasing transfer prices to Markets based on standard cost plus expected margin for each product to meet financial and non financial goals of the organization   - Provides value addition, and drive SAP activation and costing transformation Accountabilities and   Performance Measures:	  - Achieves targeted performance in respective regions	  - CA/ ICWA preferred (Rank Holders or First Attempt Only) or MBA Finance from Premier Institute only.  - Prior Experience in handling Manufacturing & Commercial organisation  Knowledge and Skills:  - Influencing skills  - Superior communication skills and articulation ability  - Good planning and organization skills  Personal Qualities:  - Demonstrates empathy, understanding of others viewpoints  - Creative problem solving  - Proactive, and results focused  - Adaptable to change and flexible  - Collaborative decision maker  - Openness and eagerness to reach out beyond mandate.
