Job Summary :   Responsible for maintaining accurate & timely cost accounting records, which involves analyzing financial data, obtained through evaluation, to determine the cost of products. Responsible for performing rate calculations, and for product and cost estimates. Comparing actual cost to targets, and identifying reasons for variances. Providing management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures. Providing financial analysis to evaluate special projects, programs, products costing, etc. when necessary. Lead in developing and verifying data relevant to cost accounting and margin analysis.   Job Responsibilities :   - New Product Costing including offer letter and cost breakup  - Commercial discussion and settlement of Price with the Customer & Supplier   - Product Profitability, Customer wise/line wise, Process wise.  - Actualization of Product Costing  - Computation of Machine Hour rate for establishing the Standard Cost and updating BOM  - Quarterly amendment of Purchase order with Customer and follow up to amend the P.O.  - Quarterly computation of Cost and Sales Price for Business Plan.  - Variance Analysis  - Physical Stock Inventory verification.  - Raw Material Cost analysis, BOM Cost analysis, Raw Material rate analysis  - Analysis of Debtors Payment status of due and Overdue  - Inventory Valuation of Raw Material, WIP & FG  - Inventory Analysis - Slow Moving, Non-moving  Expr : 6-9 years  Location : Manesar  Reports : CFO and Plant Head
