Urgent Vacancy for Manager Corporate Tax with a leading firm.

Location - Bangalore

Qualification Required - CA

Key Responsibilities :

Tax compliance, including preparation and filing of income-tax returns.

Advised on exchange control regulations.

Opinions/ advisory on various tax issues, such as withholding tax implications, slump sale, unapproved gratuity funds, Permanent Establishment risk, etc.

Advising various inbound clients and their subsidiaries on transactions involving complicated corporate tax issues with a view to find optimum solutions within the framework of Indian tax laws as well as Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements with various countries.

Analyzing taxability of income arising from service and other agreements entered by multinational companies and withholding tax implications on the same

Advising clients on Permanent Establishment exposure and its mitigation, taxability of global costs allocation, tax efficient jurisdictions.

Advising clients on cross-border tax planning issues with a view to optimize their tax costs on alternative structuring options through different jurisdictions

Withholding tax implications on domestic payments by the companies and withholding tax implications on year end provisions.
