Designation: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of Corporate accounts and maintaining healthy relationships with them.
- Advising on the clients Portfolio Analysis with regards to Insurance, like Sum Insured Adequacy, Premium, Discounts Applicable, Premium Quotes, Coverages, Risk Advisory Services, Overview of claim management, settlement etc.
- To Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts that exceeded expectations in revenue retention/growth and account profitability.
- To establish and maintaining business relations with potential, new and existing clients to facilitate new business.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Handling the clients day to day requirements like policy issuance, queries, endorsements, premium quotes, coverage solutions etc.
- To ensure profitability, and increasing sales growth along with retentions from the existing clients.
- Should be able to coordinate with different teams within the company including senior management and resolve complaints within TATs prescribed
Experience : 2+ Years
Education: Must have done a full time MBA from Tier Colleges.
Salary : Not a constraint for the right candidate
