Title: Business development Manager /Corporate Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying and cultivating new strategic alliances and managing existing ones.
- Has good sales acumen, applies client knowledge, opportunity management and contract processes to structure high impact solutions for clients.
- Facilitating training program for team member for sales.
- Should have good market intelligence for business opportunities
- Meet / exceed monthly and annual sales forecasts.
- Data base management to track target customers/clients
- To make presentation on company credentials to the clients
- Direct corporate marketing for Health Insurance TPA business
- To liaison with Insurance brokers & Insurance companies for ongoing services and business expansion
- To ensure the regular claims services to the clients
- Adding innovative tactics
Essential Skills :
- Corporate sales/B2B experience is must
- Demonstrated sales experience in Insurance/TPA industry/Broker Industry
- Oral and written communication skills
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Staff consulting and relationship building skills
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-maker
- Female candidates preferred
