Requirements: Looking for BA LLB (5 years) passouts from National Law Schools with 1-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drafting and vetting of documents for various business transactions / deals

- Drafting and vetting of various agreements, contracts, MOUs etc.

- Providing inputs and advising on various laws and regulations

- Drafting of various legal notices, letters, reminders etc for various transaction

- Monitoring & managing the pre and post disbursement compliances / covenants

- If required, attending to litigation matters and liaising with external lawyers / counsels
