We have an urgent requirement for Manager - Corporate HR for one of our clients, which is an MNC Consulting Firm for their Gurgaon location.

Details of the position :

Position : Manager - Corporate HR

Location : Gurgaon

Role :

- Formulating or re-evaluating HR strategies and providing support in driving strategic projects.

- Participate in strategic business planning to foster innovation and incorporating new HR initiatives for current and future needs.

- Good exposure to Employee Engagement & managing Events for employees.

- Providing support in Policy making

- Excellent communication skills.

- Team player & willing to take initiatives.

- Candidates from Services sector need only apply.

Experience : 8 years to 12 years

Qualification : Regular MBA (HR)

Salary Range : 17 Lacs to 20 Lacs p.a.
