Responsibilities:  - Support the preparation and on-going development of a dashboard and monitoring tool for Finance.  - Closing of books and producing regional financial statements, working on financial analysis pack.  - Analysis of Data, preparation of MIS, variance analysis with budgets and forecasts.  - Provide timely and accurate month-end and year-end close support, including but not limited to balance sheet reconciliations, inter company processing and accruing expenses   - Provide project support such as systems testing and new system improvement/implementation  - Ensure timely delivery, improvements, standardization and redesigning of processes  Skills & Qualifications:  - MBA (Finance) /CA/CPA with at least 4-5 years of experience in financial accounting roles (preferable within the financial institutions or fund management industries)  - Finance and tax experience in the funds management industry an advantage  - Experience working in a large complex multi-national with cross-border billing arrangements will be an advantage  - Experience with Oracle Financial, Essbase and Hyperion preferred  - Project management skills  - Strong Power Point and Excel skills
