Manager - Contracts Management - CA/IIM/ISB/XLRI - Pharma

Roles & Responsibilities:

- EFA PROCESS / SALES AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

- Track and strengthen cash collection processes and receivables in coordination with FRA and business

- Partner Commercial to reduce Bad Debt Reserve.

- Support Strategic Planning process through deal evaluation and deal profitability analytics

- NFCM & CLC

- Ensure that effective controls are maintained as required

- Improve Maturity Levels and Compliance % of EFA processes

- Financial Compliance

- Risk awareness

- Standard Operating Procedures and policies

Experience / Professional Skills

- 6 + years experience in a similar role for a large multinational

- Understand all aspects of control environment, procedures and policies. Have a knowledge of SOX requirements

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
