Looking for a Compliance Manager for a leading Forex Trading Company in Mumbai - Andheri (East)  Job Description:  - Draft and review various contracts and agreements  - Perform the role of Company Secretary of the Company in India  - Perform the role of Compliance Officer   - Maintain library of contracts, legal documents and agreements relating to India  - Correspond with and reply to inquiries from Reserve Bank of India/ RBI, Registrar of Companies/Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulators  - Provide legal advice and legal opinion relating to law, regulations and guidelines  - Legal support to various departments and business teams/units  - Handle all legal matters and compliance related matters  - Design compliance program, perform compliance monitoring and administration to ensure compliance and meeting all regulatory requirements and obligations  - Manage the Anti-Money Laundering program  - Identify and report to the management on any update or breach of regulatory requirements  - Handle all aspects of company secretarial work of the company  - Support Legal and Compliance Director (based in Hong Kong) in legal and compliance functions  Requirements:  - 5-10 years working experience, preferably in financial industry/law firm  - Qualified lawyer of India  - Sound knowledge and experience in India's laws, rules and regulations  - Experience in communicating and dealing with RBI and banks  - Knowledge and experience in dealing with regulatory bodies eg.
