Compensation Analytics :
- Co relate compensation in line with business data and business performance.
- Benchmark compensation ratios. Work with resources in external agencies including research agencies, financial newspapers etc.
- Study and present global/ regional and sector specific trends relating to employee wellness and reward.
- Research next gen benefit trends and facilitate adoption/ adaptation within and to enable it to be Employer of Choice.
- Individual Compensation data analysis and external benchmarking for Pay Management-
- Compile and analyze such data in Group Businesses and provide individual profilewise comparisons, compile standards.
- Recommend, Develop and review policies based on requirements, under supervision.
- Work on the financials and implementation recommendations at business / Group level.
- Implement and communicate various short term incentive programs for select businesses.
Education- MBA (Tier 1 Institute)
