Role : Manager - Compensation and Benefits based with Leading US based MNC (Need people from consulting background)  Urgently Require people from Top Consulting Firms (Client Facing role) and Mumbai based people.  Base Location : Mumbai (looking people who are Mumbai based only)  Reporting to : Head C&B   Experience Required : 2 - 4 years   - The role is a part of the C&B India team and will have the responsibility of managing the compensation and benefits related activities for the organization.  - This role will independently manage compensation consulting for one of the businesses in India and also support key C&B initiatives across all businesses, as required   - Responsible for Compensation & Benefits related aspects of HR. Partner with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design, review and update compensation and benefits policies and processes through internal and external feedback to attract, motivate and retain employees.
