This role will oversee the management of Compensation for our employees. Mentoring the Specialist team and overseeing their job which includes Job analysis, bench marking, survey participation, research, a variety of quantitative analytics, modeling and forecasting, compensation program design, and job architecture/design, annual compensation events such as the administration of the merit and incentive plan programs and ongoing programs such as the Rewards and Recognition plan.

Your other responsibilities will include:

- Team Management

- Support the modeling of financial impact of compensation plans.

- Participate in identification, modeling and implementation of performance metrics in support of compensation plan analysis and design.

- Support the Compensation CoE to assess the competitiveness of pay and program features relative to market practices.

- Work with Compensation CoE to conduct initial job analysis; review recommendations and revise as appropriate.

- Partner with Compensation CoE to implement and configure the Kenexa tool. Partner with Compensation CoE to develop, maintain and administer custom compensation surveys.

- Lead job analysis as appropriate; Guide the team through pay structure development; Support the CoE in the design and review of incentive plans and sales incentive plans.

- Participate in program implementation activities including education and training.

- Lead survey participation documents and interact with survey vendors to complete submissions; using automated tools, maintain surveys, job matches, and salary ranges on compensation administration systems.

- Work with HRIS and staff to ensure that the SAP system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.

- Act as an SME on administration of compensation systems such as Kenexa and resolve technical issues.

- Collaborate with Compensation CoE to analyze business issues, identify trends/root causes and/or make recommendations to resolve exceptions.

- Select the market surveys to be performed on an annual basis.

- Conduct statistical analysis of compensation data.

- Develop custom compensation reports and manage large databases.

- Work with Compensation CoE to resolve a variety of compensation issues and manage escalations, if any.

- Partner with Compensation CoE for work assignments and quality checks.

- Partner with Compensation CoE to gain insight into business needs.

The Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) team supports the US and USI Talent Professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management until the candidate's exit. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Qualifications :

Required

- MBA HR or graduates in statistics with prior experience in compensation or related business processes

- Excellent proficiency in working on MS Excel

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem solving, and decision-making abilities

- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment

- Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements

Preferred

- Experience in working on compensation tools like KeneXa, ADP- Comp planning tool, etc.

- Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor, or other applications in HR/Talent

- Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company

- Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls
