Manager - Compensation and Benefits
We're looking for a superstar Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our amazing HR Team.
Job Duties :
Independently lead, design, and implement compensation programs (such as annual planning cycles, bonus, and equity programs)
Conduct competitive market pricing analysis
Develop models to analyze compensation data and build compensation structures, develop budgets, and conduct pay-for-performance analysis
Assess and refine the compensation program design, as needed
Partner and support recruiting team with new-hire compensation
Partner and support Talent Partners with managing job codes, conducting compensation analysis, and compensation planning
Develop and lead compensation training for broader Employee Experience team, managers, and employees
Ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred
Excellent analytical, compensation modeling, problem solving, and project management skills
Highly analytical and strong written and verbal communication skills
~8 to 10 years of experience in Compensation analysis, program design, project management/implementation
Executive compensation experience highly preferred
Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience :
International compensation experience and/or experience working in an external comp consulting companies (Radford, Aon, Mercer, etc.)
