About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational organization in the financial services sector with prominent presence across Europe and Asia. In line with their strategic growth plans in India they are looking to hire a Director Talent Acquisition to develop and manage the recruitment process and system for the organization.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP - HR you will be responsible for:

- Support the development, review and implementation of compensation and benefits programs under the Total Compensation Framework.

- Coordinate and provide support in various annual C&B exercises, such as pay review, benefits review, staff cost budgeting, etc. Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking, analyze market data and provide recommendations for enhancement.

- Build up market intelligence to ensure the competitiveness of remuneration package. Support head count and staff cost management, and conduct staff cost analysis.

- Provide support to other compensation and benefits programs including provident fund scheme, various group employee insurance scheme and benefit review. -

- Control the payroll and payroll related budgets - planning, forecasting, reviews, analysis

- Control the annual compensation budgets - planning, forecasting, reviews, analysis and manage HRIS implementation and further development. Support business development of the Group by undertaking various C&B projects.

The Successful Candidate :

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related subjects.

- 10+ years relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies

- Knowledge of HAY methodology, other benchmark tools are an advantage

- Passion for market data and analytical eye and skilled communicator

- Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point skills
