Profile   A Law graduate along with CS from ICSI with 5-8 years of work experience in the areas of Legal, Secretarial and other corporate governance matters preferably from IT and online sector. Should have worked with Public company and is able to handle compliance under the Companies Act 2013.   - Understanding of contract law in India   - Should have exposure to wide variety of commercial contracts   - Should be able to handle negotiations independently and time bound manner   - Understanding of IPR and legal metrology   - To supervise and maintain vigilance over all secretarial services provided by the organization and to ensure compliance with applicable statuary provisions.  - To monitor progress against business plans and provide course corrections where needed.  - To create strong mechanisms and conduct periodic review for compliance and adherence to local laws  - To build a strong scaling-up mechanism aimed at enhancing the future growth of the organisation  Essential Attributes :   - In-depth knowledge of legal & secretarial requirements of the industry, local geography etc.  - Understanding of contract law in India   - Should have exposure to wide variety of commercial contracts   - Understanding of IPR and legal metrology   - Strong process orientation   - Strong influencing skills  - Interpersonal skills with a distinct leadership style  - Strong commitment to Tata values
