Job Description - This role reports to the GM Commercial and includes following responsibilities :

- Review of all debtors across India on a monthly basis and proactive identification of bottlenecks along with implementation of corrective action plan.

- Build and maintain close and successful relationships with the Regional/Channel Commercial and Sales team.

- Ensuring claim booking, claim collection and verification of claims within timelines.

- Working with RSMs to plan and decide action against overspends and highlighting of various kinds of MIS on claims. Ensuring compliance to Credit Policy and taking care of appointment of new distributors as per company policy and preparation of various kind of MIS on new distributors along with throughput.

- Ensure timely and clean Audit report and Internal Audit report with 85% rating satisfactory for finance.

- Understanding whole concept and DMS build-up and playing key role in implementation of DMS.

The Successful Candidate - You Must meet the following requirements in order to be successful in this role :

- You are a qualified CA with ideally 4 -7 years post qualification.

- You must come from either FMCG/CD background.

- You shall have a substantial experience in handling commercial finance with good exposure to debtors and claims management.

- You must not only be a good communicator and team player but also an influential negotiator.
