Job Description :   Objective: Responsible for managing end-to-end Record Management Processes centrally for Bharat Banking business.  Key Responsibilities  The person will be responsible for:-  - Preparing the Policy Guideline & detailed SOP's for Record Management  - Tracking the receipt of asset, liability related customer files from various Process Owners at Central Operations. Raising exception and closely monitoring with respective Process Owners for timely resolution   - Tracking the receipt of various internal voucher files, registers from Bharat banking branches   - Interacting with PDG / IT teams to get the required Functionality developed for tracking the documents and then testing the same  - Building in robust controls / File Handover Tracking for all the documents movement   - Coordination with External Storage Vendors for managing handover and storage of end-to-end process steps for various customer documents and internal files   - Ensuring all the documents are stored in Safe Custody area under adherence to Record Management Policy Guideline   - Handling the customer (Internal / External) retrieval requests and servicing the request as per agreed SLA  - Timely Publishing of Record Management related MIS & Raising Exception with respective requestor for getting back the retrieved documents  - Closely Reviewing the Process steps, SLA & TAT Adherence of the External Storage Vendors and report  - Checking & Clearing the Storage Vendor Payment Bills on time  Implementing Process :   An Ideal Candidate should possess :  - The candidate should have handled Record Management Process for Asset Loans / Liability files   - The person should have full understanding of liability business and preferably asset business also   - Should have worked on process documentations   - The person should be proactive, team member, open mindset and self-motivated, requiring very minimum supervision   Kindly share your updated resume with following details :  Current Organisation :   Current Designation and Role :   Total Exp :   Qualification :   Current Salary (Also mentioned Fixed+Variable) :  Expected Salary (What is your minimum ctc expectation(pls mentioned clearly), as it will not be an issue later on at the time of offer, if everything goes well) :   Present Location :  Joining Time :  Reason for Change :   Reshma STEPS
