The incumbent would be responsible :

1) For identifying New Technologies/Processes

2) Conceptualizing and preparing implementation plan along with benefits

3) Implementation and streamlining the new technology and proving the benefits envisaged

4) Horizontal replication across locations

Candidate Requirement :

Age : 28 - 35 years

Experience : 7 - 12 years

Education : BE Mechanical or BE Chemical Engineering

Languages Known : English, Hindi

From : Maharashtra, Gujarat

From : Process Industry

Domain Expertise:

1) HE should be working in an Operational Excellence / Process improvement / Industrial Engineering teams.

2) Should be working on projects which would involve improvement in the areas of Manufacturing operations, Engineering processes, and other fields in Plant.

3) He should be good mapping processes and identifying gaps and articulating solutions for the gaps identified

4) Should have good communication and presentation skills

5) Should be a Self starter. Self driver (Role involves more of individual contribution)
