This opportunity is with an MNC Bank based out of Mumbai  Candidate having experience of Capital Market knowledge and handling AML Audit / Compliance / Client On Boarding / Client Settlement / AML Regulation / Transaction Monitoring / Trade Monitoring / Trade Settlement / Due Diligence.  Job description  - Scope determination, development of audit planning memorandum, performance of test work and report writing;  - Understanding of the internal audit process. Preparation and execution of audit plans of the firm’s compliance activities;  - Ensure execution of the audit plan within departmental methodology, policies and standards;  - Preparation of the updates to the Risk Assessment  - Solid understanding of the financial services regulatory environment particularly with respect to BSA/AML/OFAC, Bank Compliance and Broker Dealer Compliance;  - Ability to multitask, manage, support team members on projects, and thrive within a small-group environment;  - An undergraduate degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent).   - Prior regulatory experience or experience communicating with regulators a plus  - Proficient understanding of internal audit processes a plus  The focus of the individual in the role will be reviews of products, processes, and functions focused on Anti Money Laundering compliance.  Candidates with relevant experience only apply.
