Position Details   Position: Capability Building Manager  Place of Posting : Kandivali, Mumbai   Experience: 4 - 8 years   Responsibilities & Key Deliverable   - Responsible for executing the L&D strategy for client - Auto, Farm and Agri Sector  - Partner with Capability Building Champions to develop learning content through alternative modes of learning such as on-the-job training, e-learning etc.  - Partner and develop functional competency framework for all Key Functions along with Business HR  - Create a Comprehensive Road Map of Role Based Learning for identified critical Roles in Sales, Manufacturing, R&D Organisation  - Establish and cultivate good working relationship with HR Heads, Capability Building Champions and Line Managers for the continued success of capability building initiatives  - Partner with HR Heads and Capability Building Champions to address specific learning challenges in their domain  - Ensure a World Class Delivery Mechanism by linking Internal, External, Academia and Consulting Capabilities  - Digitization and Modern Techniques to Institutionalize Peer Learning and Making Learning a Social Aspiration aspect within the Organisation  - Keep abreast of latest developments in the L&D domain and explore implementing them at AFS  - Leveraging the LMS platform to integrate training and functional learning  - Reviewing the performance of the HR Shared Services (Mpeople) through tracking SLAs and RSLAs  Job Requirements :   - 6-8 years experience in HR of which atleast 5 years should be in L&D domain  - Premium Institutes & L&D exp in depth.  Industry Preferred : MNCs or Indian Conglomerates or Consultancies who are well-known for their HR practices  Qualification: Post Graduate Qualification in HR is a must  Certification in Instructional Design will be preferred
