Client Details

Our client is one of the prominent Retail/Fashion brand known for their creative/innovative designs in the products. They have been operating in the Indian market for more than 5 years and specialize in wide range of products for women including apparels, bags, accessories, etc. They are looking to widen to widen their portfolio and expand their mark in the market and hence, looking to recruit Manager Buying, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Description

Reporting to the Head of Buying, you will be responsible for:

- Implementation of the annual buying plan having clear product mix

- Responsibility for developing new vendors across India and buying the optimal range from various markets including India, China, etc.

- Managing a team of professionals and responsibility for their growth in the organization

- Liaising with the senior stakeholders and working closely with different functions to ensure the highest level of efficiency

Profile

You will be a professional with more than 5 years of experience in buying function in the Retail/Fashion industries. Bachelors/Masters degree in Fashion from NIFT is preferred. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and ability to manage business independently
