Manager - Business Strategy - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting COO in Strategy planning and execution at the organizational level

- Work closely with the key decision makers of the organization for various business plans

- Design & Lead Strategy for business plan, yearly budgeting, product profitability, productivity and manpower control

- Handle business reporting involving preparation of monthly/yearly sales planning and data analysis

- Planning and execution of business expansion into new markets

- Do competitor mapping and product mapping and design strategies to lead the market

- Design & Lead the Strategy for improving operational efficiency
