Business Process Manager
Job Description :
- Evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls existing business processes across different departments specially delivery team
- To ensure business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization's strategic goals and targets.
- Focus on entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, improve delivery and efficiency.
- Working closely with the Delivery team for Complaint Resolution, Developing MIS and Reports - Ensure timeliness in reporting and issue handling.
- Drive cross functional projects to deliver business results for the team; be part of projects involving new feature definition to improve processes.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Candidate Profile :
- Strong background and work experience in Operations.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and + Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
- Should be MBA from reputed Business School .
