Educational Qualification
MBA/Post Graduate in HR/IR
- Industry From preferably service industry including 3PL or manufacturing industry having multi locations with large workforce both on roll & contractual ( 500 +)
Functional Competencies :
- Self-motivated, result driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in design and implementation of HR programs, policies and initiatives in Indian/multinational organisation having a diverse workforce and spread geographically.
- Ability to connect with various business stakeholders provide strategic foresight and support on HR delivery & service.
- Exposure to good employee relations practices and ability to manage a large contractual workforce will be desired.
- Team player and able to keep motivation and morale high.
- Passionate to work in 3PL service industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning and Designing workforce in respect of Business Plan
- Engage employees to drive business results
- Recognize Teams and Individuals strategically
- Work Closely with all the regulators and relationship with all stake holders
- Plan Work Force focused on talent needs and develop talent pipelines
- Assess and Map capabilities of existing employees vs organizational needs
- Creates Succession Planning Matrix
- Ensuring on Boarding & Orientation of new hires
- Basic skills training, Organizational values orientation
- Employees Reward & Recognition for business results
- Ability to handle a large Contractual workforce in addition to payroll employees
- External environment management
- Talent acquisition for all Key positions as per cycle time.
HR operations - Employee life cycle management of On-boarding, Induction Confirmation, Exit management.
Performance Appraisal process - KRA's and Evaluation for employees.
- Appointment, engagement and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs
- Ensure all labour law compliances.
- Implementation of Learning & Development and engagement initiatives as per plan.
- Relationship building with the Customer for effective operations delivery and ensure the Service level agreements (SLAs).
Regular review - Location Head and team for HR support.
- Drive company way of working at Region
