Provide full range of HR Generalist support for a business vertical
- Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: selection, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design
- Lead and leverage GE HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/ Reward Management and Talent Management), cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network
- Drive employee connect, give feedback to the employees and Sr. Management team, resolve issues
- Coach and counsel employees regarding HR policies and procedures with respect to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment. Drive internal job postings for the vertical as per the process and ensure the closure within specified timelines
- Focus on identification, selection, and retention of talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent
- Play role of an employee advocate, balancing fair labor standards, GE policy and practice and business needs
- Partner with client leadership and local HR counterparts to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital
- Proactively manage HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
- Ensure a culture of teamwork, partnership and transparency by working closely with all stakeholders
