Responsibilities:  - Responsible for running management reports, including monthly business and financial results to management and businesses, co-working with business finance colleagues.  - Provide/review financial data related to various businesses by interfacing/coordinating with functional business finance contacts, which include weekly sales, monthly Net New Business forecast update, global MIS such as Business Review and Operating Plan.   - Update/review expenses forecast for functions on a monthly basis and input to required template for upload to finance system.  - Support/co-work with Business Finance manager in budgeting for regions and businesses  - Oversee activities performed by India team members for Business Finance tasks migrated   - Support Business Finance manager in continued migration of operating tasks to India  - Co-work with other finance teams for proper expenses forecast  - Maintain/Review cost center segment and AP workflows   Skills and Qualifications:  - 5+ years of experience with a similar profile, preferably from financial industry  - Strong skill and experience in data management   - Ability to build relationship with multiple stakeholders  - Broad knowledge of the asset management industry and investment management  - CA and/or MBA or equivalent qualification preferred  - Good communication and engagement skills at all levels
