Inside Sales/ Business Development Manager (IS Manager), will be responsible for generating new customer prospects over the phone and owning the sales cycle from end to end.
- Responsibilities include generating new business through prospecting with outbound calling, email, inbound inquiries and marketing events.
- The ISM will be responsible for positioning the solution,value proposition, generating the interest in our products and nurturing the lead appropriately to generate and work on opportunities.
- Outstanding performers will be rewarded with direct sales opportunities in respective regions. (Middle East or South East Asia)
Responsibilities:
- Warm-call prospects that are generated by external sources of leads
- Identify influencers and decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline (BANT)
- Collaborate with sales managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
- Understanding the client needs & pain points
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to sales managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on
- Set up and independently deliver digital sales presentations, solution/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
Qualification:
- Option 1: Business development background, 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in selling to CXO's/VP's/Director
- Option 2: MBA in Sales and Marketing with 3-5 years of experience working in Inside Sales
- Excellent, confident and pleasant communication skills
- Strong skills in prospecting and qualifying appropriate opportunities
