Requirement : Business Development manager (Pan India)
Location : Bangalore
Reports To Country Head - India
Job Purpose: Responsible for generating Business across the country
Principal Account abilities:
- Manage end to end sales cycle: identifying the target markets, preparing the sales plan, prospecting, analyzing client requirements, conducting product presentations and demos, proposing a solution, negotiations and closure.
- Complete accountability for business development across India.
- Win new business and develop existing accounts - manage end to end sales cycle.
- Managing key accounts.
- Identify and create new business opportunities through continuous client engagement.
- Drive and manage internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Build relationships with business leaders and decision makers including - C- level executives.
- Close multi-year large deals in complex and long sales cycle situations.
Skills / Abilities:
- SAAS domain Selling exposure
- Exposure in handling large clients preferably at Director level
- Geography knowledge
- Good coordination skill sets
