Responsibility
- Ability to analyze people data, business data and build co-correlations and analogies, and basis that identify issues and problems.
- Basis analysis and analytics is able to predict some key aspects of the issues and provide meaningful recommendations and proactive actions.
- Basic Statistical techniques and ability to apply them in HR environment for problem identification and resolution
- Attrition and Retention analysis of critical accounts and proactive recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement program across processes
- Undertake detailed process improvement studies and up skills the team members
- Drive culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate with other location and drive standardized practices
- Should meet and exceed client metrics: External & internal quality metric should be consistently green
- Strengthen quality management processes/framework to improve quality delivery
- Ability to get out of the box ideas and Process Improvement Initiatives in the process
- Should drive Process Control & Compliance in addition to managing Audit requirements
- Should have persuasive, collaborative and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage client expectations/engagements effectively
- Provide supervision and guidance to the business analysis staff.
- Successfully oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications/Desired Profile
Experience Tenure: 5-8 years (Business HR Analyst).
Domain: Business Intelligence & Analytics, Web Analytics, Consulting, Professional Services
Verticals (preferred): Retail, BFSI, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality
Education: Engineering & MBA or Diploma / specialization in Analytics
Experience expectation: Minimum 5 years in performing business hr analysis roles (client facing projects preferred)
- Expertise knowledge of MS Excel/Power Point
- Understands data - micro vs. macro, representation (vertical vs. horizontal) & data formats (Text, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Knowledge of databases (familiarity with query writing on SQL will be a plus), SAS or other similar tools would be a plus, excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Basic
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as part of a dynamic Analytics team while under aggressive deadlines to meet project commitments.
- Pays attention to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
- BPO experience would be an added advantage
