Urgent Openings-Manager Business Analyst  We have an Urgent requirement For One of our Reputed Client- Manager - Global Banking & Markets - Bangalore  Location : Bangalore   Position : Manager- Business Analyst (Pricing)  Work Exp : Min 5 yrs  We are looking for a candidate having good experience with process mapping, preparing business requirement gathering, documentation, working on projects, Reference data, Pricing and business analyst.  JD :   - Excellent hands-on experience/knowledge on instrument reference data, familiarity in data vendor feeds like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc.  - A strong understanding of operational processes around instrument data, associated challenges and issues. ability to create Data Flow Diagrams and data analysis  - Good competency in business requirements gathering, solution design, planning, and implementation preferably in large scale global programs (preferably from an Investment Bank or third party vendor)  - Experience with reference data implementations or reference data change/IT   - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills along with good verbal and written communication skills  - Excellent BA delivery track record, with experience of working in multiple projects within Financial Market Industry.   - Ability to communicate clearly and maintain healthy relationships across cross-functional teams  - Excellent skills in drafting or understanding the business requirements  - Excellent skills in preparing business analysis document and specifications  - Sufficient knowledge of IT development and delivery practices and approaches  - Ability to write and execute test cases  - Ability to conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes  - Ability to work to set deadlines and yet remain flexible as per situation  - Excellent data analysis experience  - Ability to work with colleagues across global locations  - Business Analysis/Project Management Certifications will be a plus.  Key Competencies :  - Should possess knowledge on Financial services, Capital markets, investment banking, Reference data functions like Security Master, Corporate Action & Pricing will be an added advantage.  - Understanding the internal systems & challenges  - Understanding internal controls and KPI/SLA  - Good knowledge on Market /Regulatory updates and impact on the process  - Good verbal and written communication skill  - Team work  - Advance Excel and Access skills  Soft Skills :  - Advanced English communication skills both verbal and written   - Strong documentation and presentation skills  - Self-motivated and strong team player  - Strong interpersonal skills  If you find the job profile as per your requirement, kindly apply with your updated CV along with the following details :  Work experience :  Current CTC :  Expected CTC & Notice period :  Neha Singh 9204793306
