Qualification : MBA in Marketing
Experience : Min 5 yrs of which 3 years in brand management.
Salary : Max - 18 L p.a

Key Job - Responsibilities :
- To achieve the business objectives (market shares/volumes) on his/her portfolio by developing and implementing Marketing grid for his/her portfolio
- Develop and ensure the successful execution of the marketing strategies for the given portfolio in line with the overall business strategy to achieve the set revenue, profit & market share objectives.
- Analyze market wise category trend and competitive activity
- Coordinate with cross functional team (packaging, supply chain, Sales) to finalize and ensure timely implementation of the plan
- Ensure effective use of available resources like A&P Budget
- Ensure effective & innovative use of various media vehicles in the region
- Work with external marketing agencies to get consumer insights and implement the recommendations.
- Employ the A&P budget effectively - The A&P expenditure used under various subhead (e.g. Mass Media, Activation and Promotions) will be measured and effectiveness to be decided by the Business Head
