- The role is that of a BPO marketing manager who is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning and implementation of these marketing plans to ensure delivery of expected results.   - Responsible for influencer relations, global alliances, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and for providing direction to strategic initiatives.  Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  - Handle marketing and influencer relations, global alliances, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and strategic deals   - Should be responsible for providing direction to strategic initiatives   - Coordinates with LoBs and is accountable for ensuring the correct deployment of the strategic direction of all marketing activities   - Establish Analyst , Advisor connects for building strong branding and thought leadership objective   - Leads planning, implementation and measurement of the success of specific marketing deliverables   - Drives the development and implementation of cohesive strategic marketing activities. Capable of establishing tactical plans and are accountable for results   - Develops strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning   - Gains commitment from assigned stakeholders and guides implementation of these marketing plans to ensure delivery of expected results   - Ensures deliverables demonstrate value and a return on investment, meet the Business strategic requirements and, including brand guidelines   - Manages individual contributors / stakeholders and has overall responsibility for building and maintaining effective rapport with LoBs   Professional Experience:  - Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT BPO Industry   - Significant experience in marketing, IT product / BPO services, customers and competition   - Experience in BPO Marketing, Analyst relations, Digital Media will be a plus   - Experience in creation and implementation of marketing standards in Global Business   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to provide thought leadership and influence others.   - Excellent organizational / project management skills working with multiple groups across geographies and cultures.   - In depth knowledge of BPM Industry Services- with expertise in assigned business or function.   Location: Bangalore
