Responsibilities:  Finance Operational Excellence Black Belts are expected to:   - Lead DMAIC and Kaizen projects.   - Instruct portions of the Green Belt and Kaizen Training.   - Mentor Green Belts and Kaizen leaders through their projects.   - Support the Finance Operational Excellence Program with continued development of materials, techniques, and metrics.   - Contribute to the management of the portfolio of improvement projects, including the auditing of implemented projects to ensure that process improvements are sustained and benefits realized.  - Represent the Finance Operational Excellence team in local and global meetings/conference calls and with network-wide projects.  Basic Qualifications   - MS/Bachelors of Engineering/Science Degree (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Statistics) or equivalent (e.g. 5 + years in a quantitative role - Engineering, Process Re-engineering, Quality)  - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification  - 2 years- experience as a Six sigma Black Belt  - 2-4 years of demonstrated Change Management experience including the ability to work with improvement team sponsors to address barriers to a team's success.   - 2-4 years of Project Management experience, including managing a project portfolio, driving a timeline to completion, following-up, organizing multiple action plans within multiple functions.  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced functions such as importing & exporting data, pivot tables, and macros.  - Math & Statistics background. For example experience using: Quality tools, SPC, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, Statistical Analysis, Root Cause Analysis  Preferred Qualifications:   - Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification  - Additional accreditations a plus: Certified Lean Sensei, Certified Quality Engineer, etc.   - Advanced degree (technical such as MS in Industrial Engineering, or MBA) preferred   - Adaptable to various situation's and business processes to add value cross functionally  - SharePoint, Excel, Power Point, Access; Word and Statistical package (SAS, JMP or Minitab) and basic understanding of SQL queries,   - Demonstrated ability to communicate and present data and conclusions clearly to all levels of the organization, verbally to a group and in written form.  - Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction   - Predictive analytics, stochastic modelling  - Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately  - Courageous and willing to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelines
