Manager - Banking Operations/Accounting Reconciliations/Controls - Investment Bank

We are hiring Legal Entity Controller- Manager/Assist Manager.

Job Summary:

Professionals under this role are required to manage reconciliations cycles and ensure accuracy of financials figures for their perimeter, also responsible of Accounting Controls and Closing and Certifications Cycles.

- Strong understanding of International Accounting Standards in Global Investment Banking environment.

- Extensive experience in Managing accounts reconciliations processes.

- Ability to drive effective practices within the team.

- Minimum 2 years People Management experience.

Technical Skills:

- MS Office tools.

- Analytical ability to review Financials.

- Exposure to ERP data base (GL) such as People Soft, Oracle, SAP etc.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum CA/ MBA Finance with relevant experience of Investment banking

Skills:

- Leading team performing Reconciliations and Certifications of period ending Balances for his perimeter, Review and Monitor Production reconciliations templates and supporting documentations, ensure quality and timeliness of certifications.

- Balance Sheet Substantiations

- Manage Internal / External Audit

- Track and Monitor issues and reconciling items

- Coach / Mentor team members

- Work with onshore stakeholders.

- Process Walkthrough, risk identification and control testing/reporting
