The Project Management Office Practice will lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) within the company Offshore Change Delivery Team.  - The PMO Practice will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, as well as the day-to-day operational aspects of the PMO, including the annual budget.   - The Practice will be responsible for standardizing the execution of projects, providing guidance on the practice and application of project management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting consistent with project objectives and Change Delivery’s strategic plan.   - Reporting directly to the Offshore CD Head, the PMO Practice Lead will oversee multiple project managers as reports responsible for ensuring that projects are managed from initiation through flawless execution according to the established PMO project management methodology and aligning to organizational goals and strategic objectives  Major Duties and Responsibilities :  - Provide organization-wide development and integration of consistent project management standards, best practices, and methodologies.   - Serve as a champion across the organization for the PMO and the adoption of project management tools, policies, processes and methodologies.   - Provide the project management structure and governance to support a PMO within CD.   - Serve as the primary liaison for the PMO with management and subject matter experts, foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, and ensure appropriate resource allocation across IT and the business line projects.   - Ensure overall management, tracking, and reporting of cross-functional, project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and remain aligned to the strategic objectives of CD.   - Convene regular review meetings to track and assess project portfolios with senior management and project sponsors and other stakeholders.   - Responsible for applying project management knowledge, best practices, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverable, processes, and systems   - Work with business line sponsors and project managers to define Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)   - Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities and provide project management with insights and recommendations on project's progress, and serve as the escalation point for senior management related to project specific issues.   - Build relationships with managers and staff across ACC to enable the PMO to provide effective support and timely facilitation/management of all projects.   - Conduct individual project reviews, on a regular basis, to assess overall project quality and compliance with departmental processes and procedures.   - Hire, manage, coach, advise, and mentor project managers directly and support their professional growth.   - Assign personnel to various projects, direct their activities, review, and evaluate their work.   - Identify and recommend continuing education and training needs for PMO staff, as well as provide general project management orientation and education to business line staff across ACC in the form of presentations, training sessions, etc.   - Assign project management resources and assist in the development of project teams with input from the business lines.   Required Qualifications:  - Bachelors / Master’s Degree.   - 8 + years of progressive PMO experience with at least 5 years of demonstrated PMO leadership and management experience, preferably in a cross-functional business, non-IT environment.   - Relevant experience in bringing the discipline of project management to an organization and managing diverse cross-functional teams.   - Experience creating an effective team and building strong relationships across organizations, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating and influencing effectively at all levels.   - Proven experience utilizing structured project management methodologies and best practices in the delivery of projects/programs to internal stakeholders.   - Superb communication skills, including strong writing, and presentation skills.   - Proficient in MS Project and MS Office tool-set (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).   Desired Qualifications:   - Master’s Degree in business, PM or related field.   - Certified P3O, PMP
