Role Summary/Purpose:
- To Grow and Manage the Mobile & Social Media assets of the organization
- Identify opportunities, design, execute and manage the digital aspects of the business to drive business metrics
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the SBI Card Mobile Roadmap
- Design and implement the mobile roadmap for SBI Card
- Identifying & implementing opportunities across customer touch-points to enhance customer acquisition and engagement
- Driving usage and adoption of the mobile channels
- Manage the SBI Card Social Media Assets
- Implement opportunities to leverage, engage & monetize the online + social community
- Online Reputation Management (ORM) to manage SBI Card's online presence
- Social Media Engagement- Social Media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ to drive sourcing, service and spends
- Social media advertising- media planning & buying- to meet marketing/ business objectives
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Post graduate in Management from a leading institute
- Graduation in engineering preferred
- Experience in consumer marketing industries (Banking, Telecom, eCommerce and other service industries)
- Understanding of trends and technology in the digital/ social/ mobile landscape
- Working knowledge of Website Analytics tools, Content Management Systems and Social Media monitoring preferred
- Experience on SEO, SEM, Digital Media Planning & Buying preferred
