The responsibilities shall encompass overall responsibility for sales, market tracking, engagement and closure in a designated territory for various Consulting offerings like Software Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Innovation, IT Services Management, Human Capital Management Solutions. Following are the detailed areas of activity:

Sales Strategy Management

Business Planning- Formulate annual business plans and ensure its achievement.

Responsibility of profitability for the Operations.

Client Acquisitions

Cross selling & up selling

Closing deals

Marketing Management

Gathering market and competitor information

Reaching market segments

Managing Marketing collateral

Engaging clients for case studies /testimonials etc

Relationship Management

Managing Client relationships
