Manager/AVP Compensation and Benefits  We are looking for a Manager/AVP for our client's Comp & Ben team  Following would be the job responsibilities of the person :   - Developing global compensation plans for the company  - Stakeholder management: Continuous interaction with the global compensation teams   - HRIS smooth functioning  - Providing compensation market data analysis  - Designing projects related to C&B  - Taking initiatives and ensuring that they are in line with company policies   - Provide analytical support   - Providing compensation based training to the required groups  We are looking for a Post Graduate from a Tier 1/2 Institute who has been a part of a minimum 3 compensation cycles and has dealt with global stakeholders. The industry is open  We require a minimum of 6 yrs post qualification experience
