Responsibilities of the mentioned role include working closely with local and global divisions within and outside Operations around multiple areas including
- Strategic Initiatives
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Headcount Control
- Billing
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting
- Projects and Program Management
- Transitions Management
- Overall administrative responsibilities like infrastructure management, procurement, communication / branding etc.
Key Skills:
Graduate with minimum 12 years of work experience or MBA with minimum 10 years work experience.
Ability to work in Cross Functional teams, across multiple locations & cultures.
Sound experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Excellent project / program management and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, initiative, and positive personality.
Strong strategic thinking ability Highly energetic and have ability to energize others.
Exposure to various administrative responsibilities within CAO organization.
Capability of thinking 'Outside The Box' with a view to improve processes
Advanced level proficiency on MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution skills
