Job Description :

- Conducting Company and Industry research

- Analysis of company financial statements.

- Performing M&A Integration, Carve-out, Operational and IT Due Diligence, Operational Restructuring and Performance Improvement services.

- Performing ratio analysis, transaction, Business Modeling and valuation analysis.

- Assist with the execution of the integration/divestiture plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration/divestiture issues.

- Work on client engagement and supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions.

Desired Profile :

- CA/MBA/PG Diploma (Fin) /CFA with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent understanding of company, industry and economic research, financial statement, Financial Modeling and valuations.

- Good understanding of transactional / deal understanding in business integration's, performance improvement,divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Excellent understanding of transactions life cycle and M&A activities and products.

- Should have good exp in team management & client management
