About our Client: Our client is a leading Private Equity firm with over USD 2 billion funds under management and investments in both Public and Private companies and the best exit track record. With growing operations they are looking for a dynamic professional to work closely with the deals team to manage the financial and legal due diligence and compliance in India based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description: Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Legal and Financial due diligence to support the fund raising team to close transactions and maintaining compliance.

- Coordinating with stakeholders like regulators, deals team and lawyers.

- Vetting legal documents and confidential agreements.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA + CS with 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience in TAS / M&A / Corporate Finance / Tax and Regulatory Services within a Big 4 / Financial Services setup.

- Along with a strong technical and academic background you are fluent in spoken and written communication and have a track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
