Manager/Assistant Manager - Predictive Modeling - Banking

Job Profile:

- Build credit risk models like PD/ LGD/ EAD, scorecards like applications, behavioral etc.

- Develop statistically derived predictive models, perform decision tree based customer segmentation & profiling analyses.

- Development of strategies and mathematical models for optimal capital allocation subject to capital adequacy requirements (bank and insurance contexts)

- Design of optimization models for liabilities matching and replicating portfolio.

- Assist business implementation of sophisticated scoring models.

- Provide analytic support.

- Product and customer Profitability evaluation.

Successful Candidate:

- Bachelors/ Masters in Statistics/ Econometrics/ Economics/other quantitative disciplines.

- 3-10 years of experience in Predictive Modeling.

- Experience in Credit Risk Modeling in Banking DOMAIN

- Excellent understanding of retail banking / consumer finance products and business life-cycles.

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts/time series modeling.

- Deep understanding of risk concepts and regulations.

- Excellent presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
