Qualification: Post Graduate with LLB

Functional Competencies :

- Thorough knowledge of Labor Laws.

- Proficient in drafting plaints and replying to legal notices.

- Advice management on new developments in Labor Laws and Case Laws.

- Effective Liasoning with Govt. authorities.

Job Responsibilities :

- Deal, advise and coordinate with all matters related to Labor Laws.

- Co-ordinate and liase with company advocates.

- Proficient to carry out periodical audit for all statutory compliances.
