Manager/Assistant Manager - Accounting & Taxation - CA - Hospitality

Urgent Opening for Manager/Asst. Manager (Accounts & Taxation), qualified chartered accountants having post qualification experience of 3-6 years in Accounting and Taxation

Core Responsibilities :

Accounting :

- Manage Team of junior accountants and responsible for maintaining books of account.

- Monitor vouchers, expense reports, bank reconciliation, and all other finance related matter

- Ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely manner without any discrepancies

- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, cheques, etc. after complete verification;

- Monitor accounts payable transactions for posting on the MIS; respond to any payments / receivables related queries from other departments

- Prepare data and reports as required for finalization of accounts

- Maintain over-due accounts and rigorous follow ups for the same

- Management Accounting

- Conduct Profitability analysis, Opex Control, Business Analysis

Budgeting and Reporting :

- Gather and report all data required for the annual budgeting process

- Update and monitor the organizations budgets

- Retrieval and summarizing of data for reporting to various Business heads

- To provide support in building up MIS, Dashboards, etc. for the management reporting

Taxation & Compliance :

- Managing Income-Tax, Indirect Taxes etc.

- Ensure proper filing of returns
