They are engaged in acquisition of NPAs from the banking system and resolving the assets acquired.  Job Designation: Manager - Asset Resolution  Location: Andheri, Mumbai  Qualification: LLB, LLM, MBA, CA  Experience: 3 -10 Years  Job Profile:   - Implementation of resolution strategy to recover non performing asset.  - Post acquisition- critical analysis of information contained in loan document file received from the seller banks for best fit resolution strategies.  - Completion of post acquisition formalities (assignment agreement, form 8 filing, substitution application, etc).  - Negotiating with defaulting borrowers for One Time Settlement (OTS) as per agreed plan.  - Liasioning with legal team and advocates on DRT/SARFAESI actions due on all accounts.  - Conducting Site visits to collect first hand information and decide the course of action.  - Conduct site visit at borrower’s mortgaged properties.  Candidate Requirement:   - Candidate must have experience of forming & implementing resolution strategy to recover NPA.  Interested candidate is requested to share your updated CV with following details:  Experience: Current CTC: Expected CTC:  Priti Harne Vitasta Consulting Pvt.
